30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, opened items cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.
Eligible for Return:
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Items received in error
- Damaged or defective items
- Products within 30 days of purchase
Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened or used products
- Products past the 30-day return window
- Items without original packaging
- Prescription items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- 1.Contact our customer service team at support@ipothecary.com or call 1-800-EYE-CARE
- 2.Provide your order number and reason for return
- 3.Receive your return authorization number and shipping label
- 4.Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- 5.Ship the package using the provided label
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@ipothecary.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
